All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include or exclude taxes as indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been submitted — in such cases we will contact you before processing payment.

5.2 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We may refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors; orders that we suspect are fraudulent; or orders that violate these Terms. Payment processing does not constitute acceptance of an order.

5.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities per person, household, or order. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative product.

5.4 Subscriptions

Some services (e.g. Rsuntek Membership, premium app features) are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew for the period selected at checkout unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely via Airwallex (for credit and debit cards) and PayPal. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your payment information. You authorize us to charge the total order amount (including taxes, shipping, and applicable fees) to your chosen payment method at the time of order. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier (when we hand the package to the shipping carrier at our warehouse). We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the services shall be resolved exclusively in the competent state or federal courts located in New York, NY, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

For users in the EU/EEA/UK, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
