Product Questions
What does the Rsuntek device track?
Rsuntek devices continuously track key biometric signals including heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep stages, recovery score, daily strain, and skin temperature. The data is translated into clear daily insights on the Rsuntek app.
Is the device waterproof?
Yes. Rsuntek devices are water-resistant up to 1 meter for short periods (e.g. showering, hand washing). We do not recommend wearing the device while swimming in chlorinated or salt water for extended periods, as this can degrade the band over time.
How long does the battery last?
On a single charge, the battery lasts approximately 5–7 days with normal use. Heavy continuous monitoring (e.g. workout tracking with GPS connected) reduces battery life. Charging from 0 to 100% takes about 90 minutes.
Do I need a subscription to use Rsuntek?
The Rsuntek device works out of the box for basic tracking. The Rsuntek Membership unlocks advanced insights, long-term trend analysis, personalized recommendations, and the full ecosystem of coaching content. You can activate or cancel the membership at any time.
Is my health data private?
Absolutely. Your personal health data is encrypted end-to-end, stored securely, and never sold to third parties. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from your account settings. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Which devices and operating systems are supported?
The Rsuntek app is available for iOS 14 and later, and Android 9 and later. The device syncs via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
How accurate is the data?
Rsuntek sensors are validated against clinical-grade reference devices. Accuracy may vary based on fit, motion, and individual physiology. The device is not a medical device and is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only.

Where does Rsuntek ship?
We currently ship to most countries in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the United Kingdom. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability for your region.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your region. Express shipping (where available) takes 2–4 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your Rsuntek account to view real-time shipping status.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Standard shipping can be delivered to PO boxes. Express shipping may require a physical address depending on the carrier.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the order total at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all devices purchased directly from rsuntek.com. Items must be returned in original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team at our contact page with your order number. We will provide a return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund is typically issued within 5–7 business days.
Can I return a used device?
Yes — you may try the device. Light use during the 30-day trial is acceptable. Items showing excessive wear, damage, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no cost. Please contact support within 14 days of delivery.
When are items final sale?
Personalized or custom-engraved devices, gift cards, and digital subscriptions are final sale and not eligible for refund.
What if my device arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear that! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible at no cost.
