At Rsuntek, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions, process, and timeframes for returning products purchased directly from rsuntek.com and receiving a refund or exchange.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every device purchased directly from rsuntek.com is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the device within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
- The item is in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged, and free of signs of wear.
- A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is provided.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once the original packaging has been opened or the seal is broken:
- Wearable devices that have been worn, paired, or activated against the skin (heart rate armbands, chest straps, smart rings, sleep trackers) — for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Final-sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@rsuntek.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
- Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided.
Returns sent without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed. Please do not ship a return to the manufacturer’s address — always use the address we provide with your RMA.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Rsuntek covers the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label upon request.
- For change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items sent without tracking.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please:
- Re-check your bank or card account.
- Contact your card issuer — many banks have a processing delay before refunds are posted.
- Contact your bank for further investigation.
- If the refund is still missing, email us at support@rsuntek.com with your order number.
8. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect on arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at support@rsuntek.com with photos or a short video of the defect and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. A gift certificate will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return process above. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@rsuntek.com as soon as possible after placing the order.
